Secured Appointment Terms & Conditions

By securing a session with Syrene Therapies & Consulting LLC, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Non-Refundable Secured Appointment Fee

A non-refundable secured appointment fee is required to confirm your booking. This fee secures your time slot and covers initial preparations including scheduling, therapist travel, energy work, and/or rental of treatment spaces or equipment. This fee is non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

2. Refund Requests – Limited Exception

Refunds are only considered within 12 hours of payment in the case of extenuating circumstances and only if preparations have not already begun (including but not limited to travel bookings, studio rentals, or energetic preparation).

To request a refund under these conditions, please email a written explanation to support@syrenetherapies.com within the 12-hour window. Each case will be respectfully reviewed and responded to within 3–14 business days via email. Requests must be submitted through the appropriate channel as stated in these terms.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their session at least 24 hours before their scheduled time.

  • Reschedules are subject to therapist availability.

  • One courtesy reschedule is permitted per secured appointment fee.

  • Missed or late-reschedule requests may result in loss of fee.

4. No-Show & Same-Day Cancellations

Clients who cancel less than 24 hours before their session or fail to show up forfeit the secured appointment fee and will be required to rebook and repay in full.

5. Communication & Travel Notice

While we often travel to serve multiple regions, our commitment to communication remains steady. We will respond to all inquiries within 72 hours of receipt, and will always make contact no later than 3 hours prior to any confirmed session. Temporary response delays do not qualify as grounds for refund so long as booking confirmations and session details have been issued.

6. Professional Boundaries & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to respectfully decline or discontinue service to clients who exhibit behavior inconsistent with our mission of peace, professionalism, and mutual respect.

7. Implied Agreement Clause

Payment for any service is considered full agreement to these terms and conditions as outlined here and in our official booking system. We encourage all clients to review our complete policy prior to submitting payment.
